That’s the most original Italian location I’ve ever visited outside of Italy! An classic Italian family is running the restaurant with the connected bottega. I felt like in Italy, the food and the authentic atmosphere that the mother and the son (both are the waiters) created was just indescribable. I’m very happy and honoured to have discovered that amazing location. Every time I’ll be back in Germany I’ll visit you guys! Real italian athmosphere. This is the number one place to get dinner with your wife/ girlfriend.
Super schönes italienisches Flair Mitten in Minden. Leckere, typisch italienische Speisen und Getränke. Dazu noch viele Leckereien wie Pasta, Olivenöl und eingelegte Tomaten. Wir waren zum Mittagessen hier und waren sehr positiv überrascht - Die Dame im Service ist super nett, kompetent und hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen.
Cosimo Vini ist ein unglaublich gemütliches Restaurant mit ganz viel Herz. Man spürt sofort, wie liebevoll hier alles gestaltet ist – von der Atmosphäre bis zum Service. Die Besitzer und das gesamte Personal sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam Kulinarisch wird man rundum verwöhnt: hervorragender Wein, köstliche Pizza, ein himmlisches Tiramisu und viele weitere Leckereien. Besonders schön ist auch, dass man zahlreiche Spezialitäten wie Olivenöl, Wein und andere Köstlichkeiten für den Eigengebrauch oder als Geschenk kaufen kann. Ein rundum wunderbares Restaurant und definitiv eine Bereicherung für Minden. Absolut empfehlenswert
Ich war heute Abend das erste Mal hier und bin sehr angetan. Klein aber sehr fein. Eine überschaubare Karte mit ausgesuchten Spezialitäten und typisch italienischen Gerichten. Aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Team. Für uns war es ein schöner runder Abend. Sehr gerne wieder!
Ein außergewöhnlich tolles Restaurant! Diese Familiengastro fühlt sich an wie zuhause – herzlich, authentisch und mit Liebe geführt. Es ist manchmal ein bisschen laut, aber immer lebendig und angenehm – genau das macht den Charme aus. Das Team ist freundlich und aufmerksam, die Kellner kümmern sich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen dauert manchmal ein bisschen länger, aber es lohnt sich, denn man schmeckt, wie viel Mühe, Frische und Herzblut der Koch in jedes Gericht steckt. Sehr zu empfehlen – ein Ort, an den man gerne wiederkommt. Danke an das ganze Team von Cosimo Vini!
